In order to address these challenges, we developed an advanced analytics solution leveraging Power BI and involving the following key steps:
Step 1 – Data Integration: Consolidating data from multiple sources, studying the data, cleaning, transforming and defining relationships between datasets in a star schema fashion
Step 2 – Dashboard Development: We created an interactive dashboard through modelling the data, utilizing mathematical formular for various metrics to create charts and visuals
Step 3: Implementation

• We deployed the dashboard across Risk Management, Finance and Collections departments. We trained teams on interpreting insights and taking actionable steps based on the data.
• We crafted persuasive copies to appeal to Risk Management, Finance and Collections departments.
